We are being hosted by the Embassy Suites Airport Hotel in Elizabeth NJ. You have 2 hotels to choose from. All of our meetings will be held at the Embassy Suites with your second option, the Country Inn & Suites, directly across the street (Walking Distance) The Embassy Suites Elizabeth Newark Airport opened in January 2014. It is a contemporary modern design with all suites, cooked to order breakfast & managers reception is included daily. The Country Inn & Suites offers standard rooms with a continental breakfast. This year we are planning more exciting events. We will again host a Welcome Party on Wednesday Evening with a DJ, Sambulance Mascot, Balloonists and a tour NJ foods like Fresh Jersey Corn, Water Dogs, Pizza, Fresh Mozzarella with Beefsteak Tomatoes, Italian Ice and fresh baked Pastries & Cookies.
Lots of great stuff in the works for our childcare rooms to include an Art class, Mad Science Party, Fun Bus, Cookie Decorating, The Game Truck, and a Teen Outing. We will continue to add updates as more events are booked. We will also have a concierge available to help you plan your outings along with discounts.
Rental car tip: Use Travelocity.com and rent the car for a week even if you won’t need it for that long, its often cheaper. Priceline is a good one to try as well especially last minute. There is pulic transportation available from the Jersey Gardens Mall that includes a Bus Service. The Train station is accessible from the airport and can take you into NYC or down to the Jersey Shore.
Please register by June 30, 2015. Registration fees will increase after June 30, 2015 to $50 per person. Registration cancellations made after June 30th will be taken under review.
