This year we are planning more exciting events, lots of great stuff in the works. We will of course host our Meet & Greet Welcome Party on Wednesday evening with a light dinner, DJ & dancing and getting reacquainted with old friends and making new ones. This years theme is still to be determined. So stay tuned.
Breakfast is served daily compliments of the Embassy Suites Monday-Friday from 630-930 Saturday and Sunday 700-1000. So rise and shine early as we will begin the conference each morning at 8am Daily evening reception with light snacks soda beer wine and house specials served each evening from 530-730.
Lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday.
Sunday we will enjoy a brief prayer service & farewells.

Rental car tip: Use Travelocity.com and rent the car for a week even if you won’t need it for that long, its often cheaper. Priceline is a good one to try as well especially last minute.
