The nominal registration fee is in place to assist the network in securing an accurate head count to reserve appropriate meeting space & complete the shirt order. Please settle your registration prior to September 24th as our room block will expire on that date.
Medical Professional Registration – $75.00
Meet Dr Linda Baker, Pediatric Urology and members of her Genetics Research Team.
We will be hosting PBS Survivors that range from as young as 2 years old up through their 50's
